HOME STAGING CONSULTATION AND REPORT - $200
This service is designed to give you all the objective expert advice needed to do the home staging work yourself. We will start with a phone interview, so we can research your buyer demographic and prepare for our Consultation time.
During this two-hour in-home consultation, we will tour your home and create a comprehensive plan, following the 8-step “FEEL HOME” design process in each room, of what you can do to create a lasting first impression.
Your detailed and customized action report will contain recommendations in order to showcase your home to its fullest potential, ensure maximum return and less market time. The action report will include suggestions such as paint colors, updates and repairs, and purchases. We may also bring in essential staging accessories to give you a “visual shopping list” of what to purchase for modernizing and setting the stage for buyers to fall in love.
You will also receive styling and organizational tips and resources to help you complete the staging process.
*If the home is larger than 2500 sq. ft. with multiple staging areas there may be an additional fee to cover the additional time spent on the project.*
**If the home is being prepared to list within a shorter time frame than what a full staging report would otherwise allow following our consultation time, a formal written report will not be produced. Rather, it will be the homeowner's responsibility to write down notes and suggestions on improvements and suggested purchases to be made beforehand. (This is known as a "Walk and Talk" consultation.) The homeowner and listing agent, if applicable, will only receive a summary highlighting the important areas to focus on.**
FULL SERVICE HOME STAGING - starts at $500
This service is available for both vacant and occupied homes, and ideal if you prefer not to do the all the work yourself.
We will analyze and develop a design plan to maximize the focal point of each room by using existing furniture and accessories, and supplementing as necessary. Service can be scheduled for either half day or full day, and will be determined based upon size of home and scope of the project. A prior work proposal will also be submitted.
The staging day is then spent making transformations that are most appealing to home buyers.
Your house must be prepared and thoroughly cleaned prior to the home stager arriving. Areas styled include:

ACCESSORY STAGING - starts at $350
This service is available for you if you are still living in the home and the decor accessories need to be updated to appeal to the buyer demographic. We will incorporate your larger furniture pieces and add additional items from our inventory to enhance your space for photography and showings. This service is ideal for you if time and/or resources are limited. Restrictions will apply and a minimum 60 day placement will be required. Time extensions are available as necessary.
COLOR CONSULTATION - $150
This service will assist you in creating a color palette for your home in preparation for sale or personal update. We will bring in a large selection of interior paint sample colors and select colors that complement existing finishes throughout the space like tile, flooring, and stone.
PERSONAL SHOPPING - $75/hour
This service is available for you if you are not confident in your ability to select the right accessories and furnishings and/or do not have the time to spare.
We will develop a budget and shop for those accessories that serve as investments in the sale of your home or complete its style. We are able to source the best products for the best price. We have designer trade discounts to many retail furnishing stores and are able to pass those savings on to you!
INTERIOR DECORATING CONSULTATION - $150
During this 90 minute in-home consultation, we will discuss your project, style and preferences. We will follow the 8-step “FEEL HOME” design process in the room, incorporate existing furnishings and décor, as well as make recommendations that will enhance your living space. Suggested recommendations can include editing and/or rearranging furniture, accessories, and artwork; sorting and de-cluttering; updating lighting, window treatments, color schemes and paint color.
DESIGN AND STYLE - starts at $150
We will assist you in planning and designing a space tailored to your needs, goals, and lifestyle.
We may also ask you complete an initial Lifestyle Design Questionnaire to better able to assess the use of the space, if a prior consultation has not been done.
We will then begin the design process by searching the Internet for room inspiration.
We will provide ideas and recommendations to you, source items to complete the desired look, and apply designer trade discounts to any suggested furnishings, fixtures, and accessories.
We will also assist in the installation and placement of any recommended purchases.
REMOTE DESIGN AND STYLING - starts at $400
We provide expert design services remotely in lieu of needing to meet in person.
We will create a design board and provide you with a source list and/or link of products to complete the look of your room. Our designer trade discounts may also be applied towards any suggested purchases.
We require you start the process by completing a Lifestyle Design Questionnaire and then emailing pictures and measurements of your room requesting an update. We will then schedule a 30-minute conference call.
We will email your design plan within approximately ten days from the phone consultation, but understand multiple rooms may require additional time.
Multiple room boards will also receive a 10% discount.

Stephanie of Spaces Reinvented is particularly gifted at … reinventing spaces! I was at a loss for decorating our tiny living and dining rooms; their hideosity has long been a dispiriting challenge. When Stephanie came in for an initial consult, she asked the right questions and identified the problems She immediately (and tactfully) proposed practical remedies. Carefully working with what we had already, she came up with color and style ideas. In a short time she came up with great alternatives for colors, paint, flooring, furniture and fabrics. She devised better furniture layouts for flow and openness.
Stephanie’s solutions cleared up my thinking immensely. For example, it never occurred to me to get rid of my clunky computer corner. She had excellent ideas for an office niche: now I don’t know why I put up with my corner mess for so long. She made me realize that it is better to expose our handsome wood floors than hide them under disproportionately-large rugs.
Not only did Stephanie provide insightful suggestions for the main rooms; she spent time going through the other spaces in the house, answering questions and making clever recommendations.
